Milan Fashion Week 2021 includes 140 presentations: 68 shows (of which

only two are live), 65 presentations and 7 events. The presentations started on February 23rd and each brand chose to focus on the

digital format or organized visits to the showroom with anti Covid rules.

The next day (24) shows start with Missoni. All will be in digital format with two exceptions: Del Core, Wednesday, February 24 at

3:30 pm and Valentino, Monday, March 1 at 2:00 pm. For the first time on the show calendar, Brunello Cucinelli will be present, live from Solomeo in partnership with Alessandro dell ‘Água for Elena Mirò.

At the premiere on Milanese catwalks, among others, are Onitsuka Tiger, Del Core and the five black designers “We are Made in Italy”

project promoted by the collective Black Lives Matter in Italian fashion.

The pandemic encouraged the use of the web and electronic commerce and there is no turning back. Of course, the shows always take place behind closed doors or with very few visitors to the most important fashion houses.

During this fashion week, the participating brands will showcase their collections through dedicated platforms on their institutional websites and on their social media.

The event can also be followed on the CNMI (National Chamber of Italian Fashion) website, a platform that continues to make

Milan Fashion Week content digitally usable.
