Jair Bolsonaro elected new Brazilian President

October 28th,2018 was a very important day for many Brazilians in and outside the country as they made their way to the election booths to elect their President,Governors and some other politicians who had to go through the second round.Regarding the presidential race, it was between Jair Bolsonaro of PSL,from Rio de Janeiro,running mate,Hamilton Mourao and Fernando Haddad of PT,from Sao Paulo with Manuela D’Avila as running mate. and after the counting of votes, Bolsonaro was declared the winner with 55.13% (57,797,847 million voters) winning 15 states plus the District Federal while Haddad had 44.87% (47,040,906 million voters) winning 11 states.Jair Bolsonaro had used the slogan “Brazil Above Everything,God Above Everyone” and Fernando Haddad had used this slogan “The People Happy Again.”
