Brazilian actor,Ruy Ennes, 36, has confirmed an agreement with Universal Pictures to be part of the cast of the drama / western “News of the World”, directed by Paul Greengrass and starring Tom Hanks. The film’s premiere is scheduled for December 25, 2020, according to the North American film studio.
Recently, the Brazilian was praised by critics of the film industry. He was invited by the Oscar production to participate in the awards ceremony, which will take place in Los Angeles in February.
The actor started acting at the age of three, always with the support of his parents. He moved to New York, where he has lived for 15 years and has participated in several films, commercials, plays, TV, shows and series throughout his career. He was born in Rio de Janeiro, on February 11, 1985. He has a degree in performing arts at the famous Harvard University, NYFA, Actors Studio, Sorbonne and CAL (Casa de Artes em Laranjeiras). He was nominated in Cannes in 2018 as the best actor in the film “Almost”.
