Gold Cup: Here are the teams qualified for the quarterfinals.

The CONCACAF Gold Cup, the main football tournament among national teams from the nations of the Confederation of North, Central America, and Caribbean Association Football, is currently underway. This year, the Qatar national team, the current champions of the AFC Asian Cup, has been invited to participate in the tournament, as has happened in other competitions outside their region, such as the Copa America in 2019.

The quarterfinals of the tournament have already been defined, with a notable match between the United States and Canada, as well as a game between Mexico and Costa Rica, with the latter coming from an exciting 6-4 victory over the Martinique national team in the last round of the group stage.

The Qatar national team, as an invited team, has drawn attention for its performance and the victory they achieved against the renowned Mexican team in the last round of the group stage, securing their spot in the Gold Cup finals. Their participation has been very interesting to follow in the tournament.

The quarterfinal matchups are as follows:

Panama vs. Qatar – Saturday, July 8th
Mexico vs. Costa Rica – Saturday, July 8th

Guatemala vs. Jamaica – Sunday, July 9th
United States vs. Canada – Sunday, July 9th
