Ibirapuera Park was the local chosen to celebrate Mono bloco carnival parade on February 4th 2018 with the presence of thousands of people who gathered all around it.It started around 2.30pm till around 7pm.The area around the park was filled with people singing,shouting and dancing as the float moves slowly along the road in front of the park.You could see kids,parents and everyone enjoying themselves. About 50 chemical toilets were installed everywhere and many accredited street vendors were selling drinks and finger foods among the crowd.Some of the event‘s workers went around spraying water on the people as the weather was really hot,though it drizzled a little for some minutes.There was someone who got injured and was rescued by firemen and another person who had an argument with someone but a security guard was able to resolved the problem.Apart from that, everything was great. And it is worth mentioning also the presence of famous people, like Brazilian gymnasts Diego Hypólito, and Daniele his sister to mention but a few.
