One week before the principal carnival , everyone has started celebrating what is called “Pre-Carnival” all over Brazil.In Sao Paulo, many blocks are parading and having fun with many musical bands on floats.Streets closed with special security and protection and even with the installations of medical centers ready to attend any emergency situation. Bloco Beleza Rara and Banda Eva are presenting amongs others at Faria Lima in Sao Paulo this Saturday 3rd of January 2018.
