Foo Fighters – Concrete and Gold World Tour – Sydney/ Australia

Well, unbeatable and unforgettable. These are the words that better describe the concert. After a long waiting period since the tickets were purchased to the great day, but that waiting time was pretty worth.

The concert was held at ANZ Stadium in Sydney on  January 27,2018, with the capacity of 80,000  people you barely could see an empty seat. Before getting in to the stadium the avenues and restaurants were packed with a massive amount of happy and crazy fans and if it was just for, them the concert was already done.

Let’s talk about the concert…

Three f*** (as Dave Grohl says) straight hours starting with the classic RUN (music grammy awards 2017) the set list was a mix of songs from the new album and the success well known as MY HERO, THE PRETENDER, BEST OF YOU, TIMES LIKE THESE and finishing the concert with a ‘gold key’ – EVERLONG.

Foo Fighters chose to do the simple but successful way to deliver the best rock quality into the crowd. And nothing better than singing the prestigious Under Pressure song in the middle of the concert by Taylor Hawking on the vocals and Dave Grohl on drums. Giving a unique fan experience even for me a first time viewer who went down in tears. Despite of that, they made a considerable tribute to AC/ DC singing ‘Let There be Rock’ and also the ‘Ballad of Beacons Field Miners’ dedicated to the tragedy of Beacons field – Tasmania. Well, it is difficult to say they don’t know how to interact and conquer the Australians.

I would deeply recommend for you at least once in life,to go to ‘FF’ concert. You will never regret it…
