Some people gathered at Union Square on Sunday (22) protesting against the use of masks and recent lockdown issued by the Mayor of the city, Bill de Blasio.
The protesters marched from Union Square along University place up to Washington Square demanding the lifting of the lockdown. The March was peaceful and with the protection from NYPD officers .
Their dissatisfactions were reflected in different banners they carried like “The Govt does not own you,” “No Mandatory Vaccines for Flu, covid or anything,” “Big Pharma Fauci,” “Aparthy, the next big pandemic,” and “ Free your face.”
In fact, they say the lockdown is a National suicide which is going to affect lots of businesses and thus, demand its lifting.
As they marched down to Washington Square, they were confronted with some people in favor and some against and on getting to the Washington Square, they burn some masks before a drama presentation to show how the government is using these lockdowns and the use of masks as a way to control the people against their wish.
